Laurie

I am talking about the way that everyone relates; the bridge to Teribithia within the heart of every child; the sound of stampeding buffalo forever lost due to man's callousness; soft serve ice cream on a warm summer's eve; how the energy of a kitten could supply a new race of atomic supermen; how my cats are running in and out of the closet; how my cats are sometimes dashing over my feet; how my cats may be random and strange but at least they're not made of clay; what makes a man; is it the power in his hand; ; is it the woman on his arm; just 'cause she has big titties; nah it's probably the titties; or is it his quest for glory; it's probably the titties; now you're a man; man man man-y man; M-A-N man; now you're a man; it's about the rights of women; the the rights of men who resemble women, women who resemble men, dogs who resemble the women who resemble men, men with facial hair, women with facial hair, and in fact the whole of humanity who has the dignity to not parade themselves about on reality TV; it's about many things not the least of which is just some good old boys never meanin' no harm who've been in trouble with the law since the day they was born.

R. I. P. Waylon Jennings.

The difference is I don't really care about reactions. People can get steamed or they may buy a tshirt. However, my Family Guy DVDs will always be more important. Not that I intended to say this but I can't be arsed to go back and edit. Which brings me to my point: Lucasarts was a company of infinite vision. They pissed it all away on Star Wars games. The chronic lack of Sam&Max 2 makes me want to take a dump in their mouths with extreme prejudice. I mean seriously . . . not even Maniac Mansion could transfer to television successfully. However, the Sam&Max cartoon was amazing. Fortunately, the character rights revert back to the creator soon. Which brings me to my point: Kreator was fucking fantastic live. The singer's banter left a bit to be desired though. Which brings me once again back to the whole core of my gist: The Family Guy is back in production. Cartoon Network optioned the rights then the DVDs sold and Fox picked it up again. Hopefully, this goes better than the new Ren&Stimpy. I don't get that station now since it would go another $35-$0 a month to get it. So I want the DVDs but those were made for all of two months then cancelled. I have heard tell of issuing the entire series. If they do, I hope they use the originally aired version as opposed to the previous home video issues because there were some random edits there that were so confusing that they pissed me off. Flip Wilson got his own TV show. This makes me happy. He was a seriously funny dude. Of course, I'm probably thinking of someone else entirely. Which brings me to my point: other than the cowbell sketch, what has Will Ferrell done that is remotely worthwhile? Even then, Christopher Walken carried him. The Bruce Dickinson he played is not the one from Iron Maiden. Between tours, the non-Walken one apparently doubles as a pilot. I'd be kicked off that plane when he said his name and I ran into the cockpit screaming "RUN TO THE HIIIIILLLLS RUN FOR YOUR LIIIIIIIIIIVES." Honestly, he wasn't that great of a singer and Iron Maiden often played the same song over and over and over with the same galloping bassline but their truly great moments were so fantastic. Like "Alexander the Great." So amazing! Some stuff was shite but moments like that... the passion . . . . of the christ. Never saw it. Not once. I have a live journal now. Which brings me to my point: relax.
